🔁 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because we sell personal care and beauty products, we follow strict hygiene protocols and do not accept returns for change of mind, used, or opened products.

✅ Returns Are Only Accepted If:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or expired on arrival.

  • The item delivered is incorrect or not what you ordered.

Please do not send your purchase back without authorization from our customer service team.


⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for return (in applicable cases).

  • We do not cover return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
